Wolfenstein - New Colossus & GTX 1070: how to tell if using Vulcan drivers?

Is there a way to tell which drivers Wolf is using? Is Vulkan used by default? Thanks.

Go into the advanced graphics settings,there you can tell it to show you info like FPS and usage if you turn this setting all the way up it will tell you everything including which API it uses.

(Using afterburner to show you the FPS will also show you the API in front of the FPS)
