Wolfenstein Causes AIM to stay minimized?

After I play RTCW, and I attempt to bring up my buddy list, it stays minimized. If I restart the computer, it comes up again. Sometimes it never comes up, so I have to uninstall and reinstall AIM. Any Ideas?
