I always forget which you do first.

Do you do weights first or cardio?
And what is the best thing to eat before and after?

Depends you are supposed to mix it up. Its better to do either on a totaly empty stomach like in the morning.

Stretch, weights, cardio. A few quick carbs before working out and protein after.
