Woke up to crazed/raging woman trying to run over people in the parking lot

insane if you live in a pretty big complex and you are an insomniac you kind of see this every once in a while.

ironically when i lived in an apartment on the third floor i witnessed a guy and girl yelling in a car at the closed down gas station right below my balcony behind the complex. the guy gets pushed out and she proceeds to chase him in the car hitting the building a few times and the propane cage a few times. he walks off and she peels out (sounded like the tire was rubbing a fender as well). called the cops and pretty much got told "So they left? what do you want us to do about it?".
