Woke up at 530 this morning

i woke up at 1:30 with a headache that felt like someone was repeatedly kicking me in the side of the head

took till about 5 to fall back asleep for another couple hours

and the stupid headache still hadn't gone away when i got up

My little rat dogs get me up almost every night...gotta poop, gotta poop, gotta poop NOW!

It would be one thing if they both got me up at the same time...but hell no. Last night, one at 0330, the other at 0515...yawn...I foresee a nap in my recliner today...

When I wake up that late at night I tend to just fall right back asleep, it's like my deepest sleep period. I tend to wake up around that time because I have to pee but it's so hard getting out of bed that I tend to fall back asleep and wake up a bunch of times until I finally coax myself to get up. I'll usually have bathroom related dreams in between too. Thankfully when I pee in the dream I don't IRL.

Yeh. Well I shot out of bed and ran to the toilet and dropped my drawers and say down. Checked my underwear. Clean as a whistle.

I had dreamt I had shit the bed. I've never shit the bed before but the dream scared the fuck outta me.

I hate waking up that early on my day(s) off. That's the time my alarm goes off during the week & i figure i can sleep in on Sunday & the rare Saturday but it doesn't usually happen that way.

Get whichever is cheaper. Same basic formulation. 250mg aspirin, 250mg "tylenol", 65mg caffeine.

I buy the Walmart house brand. $4.00 for two 100 caplet bottles. Seems to work just as well as the name brand...at about 1/4 the cost. Since the 100 count bottle rarely lasts me a month...I opt for cheaper.
