Hi, I am using a Samsung SyncMaster 753DF and the screen seems to wobble/pulsate. I have it at 1024x768 75Hz. The video card is the built in S3 video on the Asus CUV4X-V.

I have tried moving the monitor around as well as degaussing it, but they haven't worked... is this a hardware problem with the monitor?
