Woah, very weird video issue...

So, I've been using the DVI connection from my 6800GS to my 1905fp monitor for a while with no problems. Tonight, I had to troubleshoot a friends computer, so I used a VGA cable with their computer and my monitor with no problems.

When I go to hook up my stuff the right way, I get nothing. Nada, zilch. Monitor just goes into standby mode. I then try to use the VGA cable from my video card to my monitor, and it works in the BIOS, but goes into standby when Windows loads.

I F8 into "VGA mode" and get into Windows somehow. The 6800 driver is completely gone. I reinstall it, restart, and everything works over the analog connection. I shut down, hook up the DVI cable, and get nothing at all on the digital input.

It seems like I either a) fubar'd the digital input on the monitor, or b) fubar'd the DVI output of the video card. I've got the monitor back in its native resolution, so I know that's not preventing the DVI from working.

Any ideas?
