Woah! HL2 graphics never seem to stop amazing me.

Looks like eyes,nose, and lips were photoshopped in. Probably more done to it too so someone could make it a decent wallpaper or something.

No photoshopping was done, except just brightening it up.
 
That's awesome.

HL2 would be a great game if I didn't feel like I was going to throw up whenever I play it. Not that I hate the game, I'm being serious. It's the only game I can't play without feeling as if I'm going to puke, it's really odd.

Wow. I thought I was just getting old. I went through the gamut of fps's since the W3d days. for some reaons HL2 got me really dizzy and I promptly gave up on it 🙁.
 
I agree with you guys, the game started out soooooo good, such an awesome atmosphere with combine, but then it went downhill..now I'm just playing it for the sake of beating it, I am having 0 fun going throuhg it, I push 30 minutes each day to get through it eventually.

At what point did people say the game wasn't good as far as storyline/gameplay goes? They were simply saying that there is something about the game that literally makes them sick, it's a known bug. As far as the storyline and gameplay goes, I'd say it's top 3 all-time, but that's just my opinion.
 
As far puking goes... you get used to it. Your mind thinks you are moving, but your body is staying still, sort of like being on a rollercoaster. Enough play time you'll get used to it, just take breaks before you hurl...

I know, the modded part of the skin doesn't look as nice looking as the original which starts from the neck up. Looks too PS2ish.

Note that I said it was my opinion, and was simply pointing out the fact that no one said the game was dull and boring, they were simply talking about the physical effects of playing the game. However, you do seem offended that I have a different opinion from you. Tissue?

Yeah, I was ill to start with so I picked up HL2 and played it as a pick me up.

1 hour later.... damn I felt awful. I dont see anything wrong with the game, it looks like every other FPS Ive played but it just makes me feel ill.
 
I felt ill playing some parts of the game, it was a nauseating feeling, especially when I was driving those vehicles.
