according to what i am reading/hearing.... it depends on the level of intoxication. Many times the girl is considered incapable of giving consent and it is rape.
 
What if later on she's like "WTF you had sex with me? Ima rape all the money out of you!" Even if she gave consent while intoxicated. This is all hypothetical. I just want to get these things straight before going off to college.

Even if the male is intoxicated as well - the proof of burden is on the male, which is complete utter total BS - but the asshole .01% screwed it over for us normal people. :|

A woman can always do that, intoxicated or not. The word rape just screws the hell out of you, no pun intended.
 
Hell, she could get you drunk, tie you down, force-feed you Viagra, and ride you like Seabiscuit all night long, while she's blind stinking sober- and still cry rape in the morning.

If you are going to bang a drunk chick, get it on tape. Preferably with her directing the filming. At least then you'll have a fighter in your corner if she pulls the remorse card. And if she doesn't, hey - fap material. 😀

Be sure to let her know you're vide-taping it, I'm pretty sure if you don't, it's illegal. Oh, and if you're in the intoxicated boat, wouldn't this consent to video-taping be dismissed aswell? You're screwed either way, more so than she.

Take this for what it's worth (not too much 😉), but if I learned one thing in college, it's that banging random drunk girls isn't a good idea. Don't get me wrong, I'm in no way suggesting you not have all the sex you want, I'm just saying that college movies aside, there are plenty of other places to find it than with some drunk girl at a frat party...and it usually comes with a lot less hassle, rape charges and otherwise.

Of course some people like the whole drunk sex thing, so feel free to ignore me 😀
