wnasapi32.dll error

I'm running win98 and keep getting a WNASPI32.Dll error. I checked to see if the file existed and it does, about 6 times!! Once in he C dir/ three times in a NERO temp file and once in the windows/system file. I had deleted all of these before except for the one in the win/sys file. Now I have all these again. When I try to open from the D: drive or E: drive (cdrom) I get this error.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I reloaded win98, but didn't help.

If anyone can assist me I would appreciate it.
Jim
