I am not sure why my post titled
"wmv video not playing?" was locked, if someone can tell me what was done wrong that would be great:

But if anyone else every run into this problem this is how to fix it.
Download WM9Codecs9x.exe from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/format/codecdownload.aspx
Once downloaded, right click, properties, compatibility tab, check run in compatibility mode, select windows 2000, click apply. Run exe, install codec.
After this there was no more issues.
Ok now the problem is fixed why was my post Locked??
