WMV files?

I d/led a movie filed and its extension is .wmv.

Would anyone know what kind of decoder I'd need for it?

That's a Microsoft Windows Media Player file....

You should have no problem playing it with MP7. Not sure if it works in 6.4 though.

Yeah I know, I use it only for .asf really. 6.4 for everything else

You can try this page and download the WMP8 codecs, even if you are using WMP6.4.

Those codecs may cover the requierments in WMP7 and allow to bypass using that horrible program.

.wmv files work fine in WMP 6.4 because they are nothing but renamed .asf files. Don't believe me? Just rename one and see for yourself.
