WMP10 Question

How do I get it so that when I minimize it the player functions go down to the toolbar? I've looked around but I can't find it anymore.

Gee, mine always does that, not sure how to tell it to do it... Heck, I don't know how to undo it, it just automatically does that.

Right click taskbar>toolbars>Windows Media Player

Only works in XP.
