wmp exiting full screen by itself

my windows media player keeps exiting full screen by itself whether watching a video or full screen visualization. It can go full screen, but usually after 15 minutes or so, it goes back to windowed. Does anyone know what's causing it? I tried closing all other open windows, but it still does it.

i posted here in off topic because software doesn't get alot of views.
