WMP 9 album info

I am wondering where WMP 9 is getting the album info. when it displays the little icon of the album cover of my music in the upper right corner. It is strange because I have some songs from relatively new albums that WMP for some reason can't find the icon for. I also have multiple songs from the same albums and sometimes WMP will display the icon for one of the songs, but not another, even though both are listed as being from the same album. I have looked at the ID3 tags and can't figure out why this happens. If anyone could tell me what is going on here I would appreciate it. (although it's really not critical to me to have those little icons, i was just curious...)
 
WMP gets all of its' info from Microsoft's online music database. It'll automatically retrieve any information unless the info is not there and/or you've manually keyed in information and told the program to not override your info.
