My roommate has some MPEGs on his computer and he went to play them and WMP gave him an error. The pop-up error window said "Catastrophic failure" (not joking, it really said that). We've tried just about everything to fix it save formatting and reinstalling. It was working fine a few days ago, and no other programs were installed since then. He's using Win2k btw.
