In my Application Log file I get this error:

Description:
WMI ADAP was unable to load the perfproc.dll performance library due to an unknown problem within the library: 0x0

So how can I fix this.

Argh....found the solution right after I posted.....Just replace this file with a new one from cd. Guess it somehow got corrupted.
