WMF DRM?

I got an email from a friend (nontechy) wondering how to strip the DRM from music bought at the windows media store. As far as I know the only thing you can do is burn a cd then rerip the music into mp3. Is this correct? I also told her to stop buying music from that store.

I believe you are correct on all 3 (burn a CD, stop buying music there, and probably against forum rules). Not sure if there's a way to do it without burning a CD, but burning a CD would be the easiest way for a nontechy person to do it.
