can't these people do the simple task of accounting for the whereabouts of all these weapons? after all, iraq was supposed to know exactly what happened to every single drop of chemical weapons they ever made even it was made 15 years ago.

It means that the politicians who enforce the laws on others would have to face the voters on budgeting the enormous cost of cleaning our own dirty underwear.
