WMC slideshow screensaver graphics glitch

I'm on toshiba laptop: core i3-370m, intel hm55, intel hd graphics, win7 home premium 64bit

Everything works fine except the screensaver as shown in youtube link. I've tried installing different intel driver versions, reinstalling windows7, but glitch keeps happening.

Other screensavers work fine and 3d games work fine.
