WMA XGI Volari v3 AGP

I have a new xgi volari v3 agp card that is apparently made by WMA and has an AGP format. It has 2 outputs, a dvi and a vga. I cannot get it to recognize 2 monitors. I have tried multiple adapters for the DVI and monitors of all different types. I have the most recent drivers from their site. Any suggestions?

You get the most recent drivers from WMA or from XGI?

I think we are returning the card and going with a cheaper dual vga output card. For the use this EU is going to need, they don't need XGI - we will probably get a nvidia or something
