Just wondering what you guys thought of the differences between music encoded at 64 kbps using WMA, and 128 kbps using the Mp3 format. I cannot tell a difference in sound quality between the two. I do like the fact that the WMA file is about 40% smaller in size, recognized by Winamp, and can be compiled into an audio cd using Nero, just like Mp3. Any negatives(besides being created by Microsoft)?

can't send to a mp3 player. that's about it. WMA is a better technonogy but not good enough to make a rollover.

For instance there are better technologies than DVD but we're not going to all of a sudden switch to the better one because it would take too much effort, and money to switch over. RAR is better than ZIP but people still use ZIP more often.
