WLAN WORKING OK BUT PC´S CAN´T SHARE FILES

Both my pc´s can see each other thru my Wireless router, they share the internet connection, but they can only see the others "printer" and some other folder of no use, BUT neither can see the others "shared folder" which is suppossed to be shared automatically I think.
What to do then?? I´ve right clicked (on both) on the Shared Folder properties and checked out that , and the only message I get, "Move files to shared folder to make them available to other pc´s" or something like that . . .
Please hlp.
I run:
Athlon 3500+
MSI K8N NEO2 Platinum
Win XP pro on PC and Win XP Home on laptop.
Norton Antivirus 2005 with internet worm protection enabled instead of windows firewall
D-Link Xtreme G DI-624 Wireless Router
D-Link Xtreme G DWL-G520 (Desktop Wireless card)

Thanks

To view the current shares of your computer, type \\127.0.0.1. That will show up what the other computers 'should' be seing. If there are no shared folders in that view, basically they are not shared. Let us know
