WLAN service will not restart

So I bought this little nuc for my master bedroom TV a few years back. It will now not connect to wifi or hard-line connection. I went to restart the WLAN service, and it will not restart. Could this be a hardware issue, or is this an issue with windows?

Have you tried to download & install newest drivers from USB drive for Wired (Realtek) & Wireless (Intel) adapters if neither functioned?

Wireless adapter not showing up. I bought a usb wireless adapter and that too will not show up.

That said, hardline should not be effected if its the wireless card right?

I believe when it was first disconnected it had the most recent drivers. I will check when I get home.

Reinstall Windows 10 If even new USB wireless adapter didn't work.

Do you have any sort of 3rd-party (non-Microsoft) "Internet Security" or "Firewall" software? Try un-installing that software, reboot, un-install your USB wifi, and reboot, then re-install the USB wifi, and then reboot, and see if it works.

You still better download wired and wireless adapter's drivers onto a USB drive first using another PC.
