within my minitower, should cpu fan blow, or suck out

I'm working with a minitower right now and the way its setup is, the powersupply is hanging right over the cpufan. I was thinking, the cpu fan would be pulling air right into the powersupply, but wouldnt it be blocking some? The ps has holes, but its still right up in the cpu fan's face and would block air some. If I were to turn the fan around and have it blow into the cpu, would it be better?

I would just test this out and check temperatures, but I dont have all the components to put my comp together yet, and I'm just curious what you guys think. Thanks.

hmm... normally you blow air on a cpu, but in your case... yeah, i gugess you gotta try both ways, and see which one results in cooler temps.
