withdrawing paypal funds from atm

has anyone done this...how long does it take for them to give you your card?

Yes I've done it, paypal charges you $1, ATM takes it's cut unless its fee free. I got my card in a week.

see i jsut go buy some gum at the store and have em give me $20 at the "cash back" option. that way i get charged like $20.25 but i get cash back at 1% or whatever it is and still get my cash
