With your hands together behind your back can you move them to the front?

its funny, i used to never understand why cops handcuffed people with their hands behind their back, because i always thought that the person could just put their hands to the front in a second, but then i found out some people cant do this.

Wasn't that hard, just tried. Would be easier with handcuffs because there would be a gap between your hands where the chain is (I'm assuming, never been arrested or had handcuffs on).
