with symantec AV corporate...

is there any way to make this stop popping up on me? I have auto protect disabled... and this yellow box pops up every like 20 min telling me its disabled... I didn't see any setting to make it stop reminding me

Are you refering to a symantec popup warning or the windows xp sp2 warning? If you're talking about sp2, there should be an option in the security center for antivirus to tell it to let you manage it and not notify you or something to that effect.

it's the symantec warning. I'll try and get a screenshot tonight at home.

It's a bright yellow box.. and when you move your mouse towards it it slides back down into the start menu. Really annoying.
