With SP2 lost ability to write iso CD in Roxio Creator Classic

I have Roxio CD Creator Classic, v. 6.1.1.48 and since I updated XP Pro to SP2 it fails when I try to write a CD from an iso image file. I can successfully write the same image using a different program.

The two errors I get are E80041843 - invalid operation code, and E80041925 - track writer error.

I get the errors early on in the process, seemingly before anything is actually written to the CD-R.

I have a Sony CD-RW CRX230E.

Any ideas?

Try a uninstall, reinstall
