With every email that my uncle sends me (from outlook) the attatchment gets converted to .txt

Could this be a virus on his computer causing this? What is wrong? Thanks

Can your uncle send himself an attachment that does not get converted to a txt file?

(Just wondering if the cause is on his system/ISP or yours)

I've had this problem with some of my customers, but most receive them allright. So it isn't necessarily your uncle's problem. Ask him to send something with outlook express, and see if you get them...
