With each new build of FF, stuttering gets worse when i'm using it at the same time as watching a DVD/high bitrate mp3s

When i first started using FF early last year, i never had this problem, but notice this time i upgraded FF, say loading AT with a few pages open, my high bitrate MP3s will stutter...previously only HDTV/highbitrate AVIs did this...(i'm running two screens before you ask)

Tbred-B at 2.1Ghz, 1GB rAM, Asus A7V8X mobo...

I was having the same stuttering problem on p4 2.0gzwhen the cpu spiked, turned out to be the power supply, check the voltages on yours.

So we are talking about version 1.05??? It jsut installed on both of my PCs the last few days but I haven't watched any DVDs, or played mp3s...I may have to check it out....Thanks...

whatever the one that popped up telling me to install it was the other day...

Knowing your rigs i can't imagine a problem Duvie

It annoys me tho, and especially since it appears to be gettign worse for me
