With Artic Cooling VGA Coolers...

ram is no longer cooled by active fan right?
Does that cause any problems or drop the ram oc?
I plan to intall it on a 9800pro with DDRI 128mb ram.

stock, some air spills from fan onto ram to cool it.

I don't know about the one for that card, but with my NV5 silencer, the heatsink does come into contact with the RAM.

Stock: Does not cool the RAM actively.
VGA Silencer: Does not cool the RAM actively. But, it cools the core much better.
Looking at that, I would choose the latter for better cooling of the core. Wouldn't you?

well stock does not sxhaust air so ther is somee airflow goimng over the ram.
