That was just another dirty Clinton tactic designed to fool some of Obama's supporters into voting for her thinking he'd be getting VP if she wins.

Neither of candidate can win without the support of the superdelegates. Each side is going to make their case as to who the superdelegates should support. It doesn't matter how many states someone wins, the superdelegates may want to vote for the strongest candidate to represent the party. Clinton can say, if we join together we can bridge this divide that is developing. Obama might not be as agreeable to a shared ticket for a variety of reasons. If some superdelegates are swayed by this argument of a joint ticket which can heal the divide, then more power to Clinton for suggesting it.

maybe she knows she has the super-delegates locked up? Kind of like pro-wrestling where the wrestler guys already know the outcome before the royal rumble.

not that I watch pro-wrestling or anything.....

Talk about bringing the smack down

Pretty weak smack since they're basically tied. "Twice as many (teeny tiny) states" is more accurate.

Sigh. They're both such shining lights I don't know which one's more dazzling. But at least neither one's a dying Panamanian adulterer like McCain.

Bwaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

After working 16 hours today I needed that. Thanks.

As for the OP... epic smack down by Obama. I doubt I'll vote for him but that was GREAT.

How can you say they are basically tied? They are basically tied like two people who are running a marathon and they're at mile 26 and one guy is 100 yards from the finish and another is 500 yards. From a high level they're close, but that second guy has no chance of running 5X as quickly, and thus will lose, just as she will. Such a small margin, but so hard to bridge.

Talk about bringing the smack down. Hildabeast has a big pair of testicles to even think she could hint at Obama being a VP for her when she has almost a nil shot of winning the democratic nomination

What a joke

The joke is going to be when this Obamarama fest is over and he gets his ass wiped by the old, white guy in the general election. Of course nobody will be laughing except the Republicans.

I for one just don't see how people can actually believe he can effect any positive change when his blind ambition has effectively split his own party right down the center.

I can hardly wait to see what else he can fvck up.

Dumbest thing I read today. So it's a fault for getting into the race and people actually voting for him? He ruined your Queen's grand design? Clearly you're blinded by partisan hate.

If the delegates for Florida were counted I wonder how much closer the delegate count would be.

LAWL!

If she's lucky, maybe Obama will let Queen Hillary shine his shoes, or serve him coffee.

One of biggest problems with many of Hillary's supporters, and Hillary herself, is this notion that she somehow earned or deserved the nomination before the process even began. It's arrogant, presumptuous, and everything in between.

Obama hasn't split up anything -- he has merely separated the sh*t from the shinola, and his supporters are the shinola... so what does that make you?

Besides, the entire party would get behind him tomorrow if Hillary would do the right thing and step aside... but she won't.

So, it seems that it's your candidate who promotes divisiveness... and Obama just happens to be kicking her ass! And yes, that's what you call it when you come from 20% behind, nationally, all the way to FIRST PLACE, in three months! She is getting her little royal ass kicked in...

AND I LOVE IT!

No need to wonder too much.

If you look hard, maybe squint a bit, you can see him fvcking up Hillary's bid to be elected President.

I think the rest of the country can see it too.

Do you actually believe this? Hillary is the one trying to split. She is acting the silly ah heck in this scenario.

Yeah really, if we all get a turn, when's mine? The year 50208885920?

LOL! Sorry bro, but I think it might become a trend if Obama wins the election... Maybe this will help you sleep: There's no way in hell that any two people will ever agree on everything, but chances are damn good that everyone can agree on something.

We simply both know good leadership when we see it! ;)

Had Hillary Clinton not annointed herself as the nominee before the process even began, the Democrats would not be in this predicament...Hillary declared "its my turn" and planted her flag rather early in the process...too early perhaps...I think the rise of Obama has as much to do with buyer's remorse over Hillary as it does over his persona.

Unfortunately that point is moot because FL and MI got into a staring contest with the DNC and the DNC didn't blink. They have only look in the mirror for the source of blame.

<=== FL resident who didn't vote in their meaningless primary.

Really? Most polls I've seen show Obama leading McCain by a wider margin than Hillary. Way too early to tell meaning your 'crystal ball' can't see the future better than anyone else.

Did you say HIS blind ambition? Seriously? Hillary is the one running a dirty, negative campaign - even going as far as to say the (R) candidate is a better choice for Commander In Chief than the (D) rival she is trailing. Talk about putting yourself before your party!

If the Reps do win over the Dems in November you can look to Hillary for the source of the defeat and you can bet Dems like me will not forget it. She needs to get out of the race if she wants any future in the (D) party.

One off the wall poll predicted a few days ago, Clinton winning against McCain, and McCain beating Obama.

I think it was called the HRC4pres poll or something.

The truth hurts, doesn't it. :p Mr. Obama isn't looking very Reagnesque anymore, is he. LOL ;)

The difference vetween Hillary and Obama isn't great enough for Obama to the split the party for his own political advancement. I don't care what the polls say or how many states he has won. Most (if not all) of those little states he's won will go R anyway. All he has to do is lose one of the big states to the R's in November and he's lost the election.

He wanted this war, and now he has it. Let's see if he has the right stuff to take it to a succesful conclusion. I personally don't think he can because he doesn't have a solid enough base.

What is his base, the more liberal part of the D's and some R's who are brainwashed against Hillary? What a crappy foundation for a supposed "agent of change".
