With a GF4 TI-4400 do I need hardware dvd decoder?

I haven an MSI GF4 TI-4400, which I love, just bought a dvdrom player (Toshiba), does this card have built-in dvd decoder?? or do I need a hw dvd decoder?? which sf is best to run dvds?

You do not need a HW decoder. Software decoders will actually give you better quality output anyway.
