Anyone get a fraction of a second pause while running through the swamp that happens about ever 1 1/2 seconds?

It reminds me of the LOTRO hitching.
 
I notice a slight drop in fps when in the swamp, but no I don't have pauses going on. I remember that happening in Oblivion though.
