Witcher Mods/Patches needed???

Bought Witcher 1 Platinum ed, Enhanced. Not too concerned about improving graphics, but are there any patches or gameplay mods I should download before playing the game?

No, The Witcher requires no modding. It's pretty much perfect as-is. Just play it vanilla.

There are some people who don't like the combat though; if you're one of those, then there might be a mod changes it. But I'm not sure.
