hi everyone,

I wish to turn my TP-Link wireless router into an access point but can't figure out how to do it. I have tried several times but without any success. I request you to kindly help me solve this issue. Below are my information about my main router and the router I want to turn into an access point:

1- Main Router:

TP-LINK 3G/4G Wireless N Router 300Mbps - Model No. TL-MR3420

http://www.tp-link.in/products/details/?categoryid=218&model=TL-MR3420

2- Router I wish to turn into an access point:

TP-LINK Wireless N Router 150Mbps - Model No. TL-WR740N

http://www.tp-link.in/products/details/?categoryid=241&model=TL-WR740N

(I wish to create a wifi access point to cover every area of my house and if there is a way to create a wifi access point which does not conflict with the wifi of the main router, that would create a single wifi space which would easily cover my house and there would be no need to shift wifi connections while moving any corner of my house. Also if the router could support wired connections too that would be even better)

Kindly help and best regards :)

Log to the Wireless menu of the Main Router and set it to work on Channel 11.

Then Log to the second Router and set it to Channel 1.

The Wireless computers will detect the Channels automatically.

This is done to minimize interference between the two signals.
