wish to restore my boot.ini file

i had xp and xp 64 installed and i just deleted 64 off the second hd and now i dont want to have that option for os's appear during startup so does anyone know what i can write in my boot.ini file to get rid of that. i dont want to just turn the # of seconds down for the display.
