sleep, relax and enjoy it, also, what helped me, i started laughing in the middle of the test, for no apperant reason, it relaxed me some, and i got a 1200 on it, not bad but not great.
I'm also sometimes groggy in the morning, so I figured drinking Dr. Pepper would help, I just drank a Dr.Pepper and it helped my mind stay more "energized".
The PSAT is just somewhat of a guestimate of what you'll get on the real SATs. Nothing to fret over, I didn't really care much about it when I took it and managed a 1220. (Got a 1200 2 times on the real SAT, nothing super but it got me into the college I wanted)
