Hey everyone!
Wish me luck tomorrow - I'm going in to have 8 teeth removed... (4 wisdom, 4 molars beside the wisdom) They are putting me out and everything - so it shoudn't be too bad but I'm still quite worried about it... I've had lots of trauma with my teeth in the past (broke off my 2 front teeth when I was a kid... hurt like hell) so I'm not looking forward too it...

I do get a week off work however though! :D

Surgery on Thanksgiving? How are you going to eat your turkey without your teeth? :)

Good luck. Hope all turns out well. :)

Getting my wisdom teeth pulled was a nightmare. 2 of them were growing in sideways, then afterwards one got infected. wasn't a fun thing, i lived off of mashed potatoes for 2 weeks+

Yeah, not looking forward too it at all... Only 1 of them is coming in sideways... all the others are through the skin already - so hopefully that eliminates 90% of the problems people usually have with wisdom teeth... No chipping away at my jaw is required.

Good luck AdamSnow. If I am to have my wisdom teeth removed, my four molars would have to go too. My wisdom teeth grew out when I had my braces, and it damaged my four molars. Is your situation the same as mine?

Hey man,

I had my wisdom teeth coming in inverted, and some sideways.

I hopped out of the chair and felt perfect.

As long as they put you to sleep you'll be fine!

Good luck!

Good luck! But, why 4 molars besides the wisdoms? I hate dentists too. I never did pull my wisdoms, and they did make my other teeth crooked, so it's probably best.

Thanks for the thoughts everyone... I really appriciate it...

The teeth are out - got them done at 12:00 today... I cant feel my bottom lip at all - and on the way home I drooled blood all over my shirt... ruined it... yay... :(

Doesnt hurt so far right now - but I've just taken the gauze out and had some milkshake... put more in to try and stop the bleeding...

Anyway - popped some drugs (Oxycoset (spelling is wrong)) so that will probably be kicking in soon... See-ya's later... thanks again for all the kind words :)
