Good luck! I've never been able to run more than 3 miles at a time... although I tend to get pretty numb to running after about a mile and a half or so. I can't imagine ramping up that quickly though. 5 weeks = 5 mile? WOW

wow, good luck, what made you want to start it now? Running is the one sport I could never understand 😛

Its the one sport i have never done, i have played B-ball(both), tennis, soccor, oops actually i have never played Hockey, so there are two sports i have never played for a team. Plus its a great challenge for me, and i get to stay in shape, while in college. So don;t know if those reasons justify me dieing hehe but i am going to try

Ohh yeah if guys want to try that program out, got for it, u can always lower the milage, like instead of 2 run one. Also if i can ask my coach any questions u guys might have, if u are starting running or have been for a while
