Wise mobo purchase???

Hello everyone. I was recently thinking of upgrading my motherboard and processer. While searching the net I found this motherboard and processer combo Microstar 865P NEO. I just want to know if it would be a wise purchase or not.
 
The price is just average. This board is a low budget version of the 865 chipset. For a few dollars more, you can get the abit is7 at newegg or other venders.
