I did all 4 at once. I would rather not have to go in and have it done again. It was an easy recovery for me, too. I was eating normal food 2 days after it was done without any problems. I took the Asprin 3 for 1 dose, and didn't take anything after that.
I had all 4 out too, the good thing about taking the other 2 "good" ones now is that it will be relative painfree and take no time to heal since they are not infected/decayed right now.
How about five? My father went back to the dentist decades after getting his four wisdom teeth out while in the Air Force, and the dentist found a fifth one that had grown in the place of one of the previous four.
