So I woke up today with pretty much no pain, that's good news.

The only thing I'm now worried about, is it seems because my cheeks were so puffy that I can't totally clench my teeth because it catches the side of my mouth and has caused this big bump to be there making it still irritated. Is this normal?

My cheeks are still not original size. :(

Heh take it easy, it's nothing to worry about, you just had surgery, they are going to be a little tender and inflamed for a few days. When I had mine out, there was kind of a nagging throbbing pain for a bit, not enough to justify taking meds though, just relax at it will go away, drink some ice water. They say to eat ice cream etc, but for probably 15 hours after the extraction I couldn't taste anything. You should start feeling normal again soon and the stitches should dissolve (assuming they don't have to pull yours out)

Sounds like you might have a mouth ulcer. I used to get those things constantly; I'd be lucky to go an entire week without at least one. I'd often have 2 or more at once. It usually was from biting myself while chewing - I have too many teeth, or a mouth that's too small. I had 4 teeth pulled several years ago to make room when I got braces. Now my wisdom teeth look like they are starting to crowd the others. So that's what, 8 teeth too many now?
I didn't catch your previous reports on the extraction; what's it like? Based on the structure of this posting, I'd say it's not pleasant.

Other than thise damn sore on the side of my mouth, I feel fine.

I'm just mad because if it wasn't for that, I think I'd be able to eat real food finally!

Oh, and my stupid cheeks are still a bit puffy

Depends. In some people, they last only a day or two. For others, like me, they last up to 2 weeks. The ones that are caused by biting are bad, especially in the cheeks - they swell up, and get bitten easier. Which in turn, causes more swelling...sometimes when I've had bad ulcers, I've had to pull my cheek away from my face using my fingers in order to eat. If you're not used to mouth ulcers, you probably don't get them very often, and so yours should go away in a few days.
If you want, check the toothpaste isle of a department store for Orajel. The Mouth-Aid kind makes some gummy stuff to supposedly stick to the sore, but I don't like that; I use the Toothache Orajel; it sort of dissolves into the sore area. They don't last too long, like maybe 5-30 minutes, depending on if you're chewing at the time or not, and on your pain threshold.
