Some how I got put on the "has money, please nag" list.
My sister goes to school in Wisconsin (Oshkosh) and somehow they think I have money to give them. Sh!t lady, I can hardly afford to keep my car. How the hell am I supposed to fund your school? Besides, isn't my sister paying some god awful out of state fee?

I hate you wisconsin.
 
Tell them you don't speak English and can't talk to them. Make sure you tell them in perfect English.

I was in Milwaukee this summer...cool place, nice and quiet 🙂 Loved the beer...was drinking some Honey Weiss beer, it was amazing! Wish I could get it here.
 
Ask them to put you on their Do Not Call List. Then go sign up for the do not call lists.

Only Non-Profit groups and charities are exempt from the DO Not Call list I think and a University wouldn't apply to that.
 
Just say "Goooo Gophers! Badgers SUCK!!!" next time they call.

How did they even get your number to begin with? Are they trying to reach your sister?
