Wiring between the wall and receiver

When I bought my house the living room came pre-wired for a 5.1 surround speaker system. I just got some speakers and have hooked them up to the wire in the wall and mounted them to the wall. Now I need some help with wiring up the last 5 feet to the receiver.

I have a bunch of wires coming out of the wall and I would like a more professional look.

Is what I need.

How do I use the Banana Plugs?

I would use spades unless you want the cable to come off because someone walks between the receiver and the wall plate.

or you just terminate your speaker cable with banana plugs and plug them into the wall plate.
