Wiring a FanBus with LEDs question ...

Well, I bought the parts I though I needed to construct my fanbus, but then ran into a snag ... first off, these are the parts which I have acquired:

(4) 5V dual color LEDs (3 terminals coming off of them)
(4) Toggle switches which have 3 terminals so as to connect two power sources ...

Now, what I want to do is have the LEDs light in one color when 7V power is applied and in the other color when 12V power is applied ... is there any way that I can do this with what I have, and if not, what do I need to get to make this work? Any wiring diagrams would be very helpful =)

Thanks.
