Wires touching heatsink a problem?

The 24-pin power hook-up on the Epox 9NPA+Ultra is in a really crappy place which is made even worse by my xp-90. I can hook everything up fine, but the wires want to rest against the heatsink. Is this a problem? I don't imagine that it would get hot enough to cause any problems, but I thought I might as well ask. I've done what I can to get them out of the way, though.

You shouldn't have to worry about heat. What I would be worried about is how much pressure the cables are putting on the heatsink. If they are adding pressure from one direction, it might cause it not seat properly. However, if they are just resting on it, there shouldn't be a problem.
