Wirelessly Connecting Print Server to Router (DP-311U to F5D7230-D)

So I use a Belkin F5D7230-4 802.11g router to distribute my DSL to two wireless computers. I used to have a D-link DP-311U 802.11b print server connected via ethernet cable to the Belkin router to enable TCP/IP printing to my Samsung ML-2010. However, I'd like to move the print server and printer away from the router now and I'm having trouble getting the D-link DP-311U to connect to the Belkin router.

I have the print server configured with the same WEP key, SSID, and broadcast channel as the Belkin router. I've tried having the print server IP assigned manually (preferred) and through DHCP.

On my Belkin router, I have set the wireless mode to "54g-LRS". According to here, 54g-LRS appears to be a compatibility mode of sorts. I've also tried the set up using the "54g-Auto" mode. When the print server IP is assigned manually, I've tried an IP outside of the DHCP pool (which is what I think is right) and an IP inside of the DHCP pool. I've made sure the MAC address of the print server was accepted by the filter. I've also tried just turning off the MAC address filter.

Since the print server and router work when connected through an ethernet cable, I'm guessing the main problem is getting the 802.11b print server to talk wirelessly to the 802.11g router.

Any help?

Thanks in advance.
