Wireless/Wired IP Cameras

I would like to get an IP camera that can I check from the road. Anyone here doing this? Any suggested models? What kind of frame rates do you get from outside the LAN?

Anyone ever use that one before? It says it supports DDNS, do you think that is DynDNS.org? and this camera is smart enough to get the networks external IP and update a referring URL for Dynamic Addresses?
